Q 1. Where do you ship from?

A. Stockholm, Sweden.

Q 2. How long does it take for my goods to arrive?

A. It usually takes 15 - 30 business days for all orders to arrive and a maximum of 40 business days outside EU. Delivery times vary from product to product; based on demand and shipping location. 

Q 3. How long does it take to get a tracking number?

A. It usually takes between 7 - 10 business days.

Q 4. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from EU, USA and Canada.

Q 5. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Shipping is free EU , In case of USA / Canada Shipping is paid by us but the customer may have to take care of Taxes and VAT.

Q 6. In what currency will I be charged?

A. We process all orders in SEK (Swedish Krona). While the contents of the cart are displayed in multiple currencies, you will check out in SEK at the latest exchange rate.

Q 7: Do I get a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q 8. How can I pay?

A. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and even Paypal.

Q 9. Is the cash on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe.

Q 10. If I enter my email address, will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers' information. Email is only for follow-up and to send newsletters about our promotions and new arrivals.

Q 12. Do I (the customer) have to pay customs?

For most countries you do not have to pay customs, but it depends on where you are and if you order more than 1 piece. We are not responsible for customs fees. Please check with your local customs agency to find out more.
